Lee Richards and Tony Skeen frequently teach Police/Security tactics. Taika Seiyu Oyata originally trained the Okinawa Prefecture Police in tactics and those techniques were taught to Lee & Tony. Additionally Lee is the President of the National Law Enforcement Training Center which certifies instructors all over the world.
